Keto Southern Air Fried Chicken Fingers
Keto Air Fryer Chicken Fingers are crisp & delicious, low-carb breaded chicken tenders that can be made in the air fryer or also baked in the oven.

- 1 Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Tenders raw
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup Almond Flour
- 2/3 cup Pork Rinds Crumbs
- 2 tsp Creole Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Avocado Oil Spray
Instructions
- Heat air fryer to 400` – spray with Avocado oil spray.
- Mix remaining dry ingredients together in a separate glass bowl. Salt each chicken piece and dip into the egg, follow dipping it into the breaded mixture. Spray top of chicken with avocado oil spray.
- Set timer for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooking flip the chicken and spray again. Check at the 15 minute mark. Cook 15-20 minutes until chicken is golden brown and done.
