Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup PB Fit Peanut Butter Flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup Powder Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetner
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dry Roasted Peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper. Mix the peanut butter and butter together in a glass bowl. Microwave approximately 30 seconds. Blend well with mixer until smooth. Add in the PB fit, sweetener and blend. Add in the vanilla and salt Pour into dish and smooth out. Top with the roasted peanuts. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours to firm. Cut into squares. Keep in fridge.
