Taco Quinoa Bowls
Looking for a delicious, easy, and quick lunch? This is so good and filing with only about 35 carbs! Quinoa is a great sub for rice and has anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Black Beans rinsed
- 1/4 cup Ancient Harvest Quinoa cooked
- 1/2 cup Lean Taco Meat
- 1 Tbls Salsa
- 1 Cucumber small
Instructions
- Cook 1 cup of quinoa and put in fridge
- Open 1 can of black beans and rinse. Put in fridge
- Then all you have to do is measure each into your bow and heat without the cucumber.
