Low-carb Fluffy Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Keto Almond Flour Pancakes with Chocolate Chips are the perfect way to start your day. These light & fluffy pancakes are perfection.
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbls Lakanto monkfruit Sweetener
- 1/4 tsp Real Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/8 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 cup Lily Milk Chocolate Chips
- 2 tbls Kerrygold Real Butter
Instructions
- Place butter on griddle and heat. Mix all dry ingredients together. Add in all the wet ingredients and mix well. Let sit for a few minutes to thicken.
- Pour each pancake onto hot griddle. Wait for pancakes to slightly bubble, pancake will be flimsy so it might take 2 spatulas to flip over. Be careful not to let them sit too long or they will burn easily.

Top with Sugar free Pancake syrup, berries and a side of bacon or
