Chicken
- 1 lb Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Egg Whites
- Redmonds Real Salt
- Avocado Cooking Spray
Keto Crispy Breading
- 1 cup PORQ Pork Panko
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees. Spray with Avocado cooking spray.
- Wash and salt chicken (to taste). Whip the egg and egg whites together in a separate bowl. Place some of the breading mixture onto a separate plate. Dip the chicken thigh into the egg mixture, then coat with the breading mix on both sides. Spray top of chicken with more avocado cooking spray.
- Cook on 400 degrees for approx. 20 minutes or until chicken is done. After the first 10 minutes, turn all the chicken over to finish cooking.
